    Tra’s passion for motivating individuals, teams & organizations to reach their highest potential is naturally infectious. Combined with his delivery of real-world solutions for achieving goals, this combination has propelled thousands forward on their paths toward personal and professional success. As one who doesn’t shy away from his own battles with mental health, Tra remains pivotal in the Mental Health Alliance of America’s strategic development. His diverse interests are pivotal to our leadership team.

    As a naturally orchestrated creative design artist, Chris is fascinated by the art of storytelling. He has a concrete history of graphic design, photography, and videography. All tools that Burgett pulls on for project context and inspiration. Chris credits his athletic background as the backdrop for his business ethics. His core passions are capturing stories behind the lens and bringing life to projects from sketch to scale through branding strategy- turning people into believers.

    Coming to The Mental Health Alliance of America with invaluable nonprofit knowledge and a deep understanding of finances, his experiences are our stepping stones. With a network of industry advocates, robust community development skills, and a passion for seeing people grow, Aaron leads our financial efforts. As a natural people’s person, Aaron mixes his business acumen with a next door neighbor's personal touch. He was built for this role within our growing organization.

    EXECUTIVE ADVISOR

    As a staple in the Georgia community, we are grateful to have Lee involved with our program. Serving as an Account Executive for Turner Sports for 20 over years, she brings a holistic approach to major media distribution. With an emphasis on broadcasting networks, Lee will help propel our future programs surrounding socioeconomic issues and mental health. Lee is also currently serving as the President of the UGA Alumni Association.

    With extensive experience in personal and business athletic development, Champ leads our team’s focused agenda to expand our student-athlete’s leadership growth, business management, and be a soundboard on topics surrounding constructing corporate partnerships, improving their local branding likeness, and managing our national workforce development portfolios.

As a well-rounded relationship builder, planning expert, and capital campaign strategist, she is invaluable to our team’s growth. With over a decade in donor relations and marketing, we could not be more intentional about having her experience, education, and commitment to help make a difference.

    HEAD OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

    As an experienced coordinator with initiatives and immunization pull through plans with health systems, Federally Qualified Health Centers and Public Health Centers across the state of Georgia and specifically the NE section of Georgia, Shawn is a true connector. Shawn’s private, governmental, and public sector experience working for Sanofi Pasteur with an emphasis in the medical field are invaluable. Her passion and personal testimonials in the space of mental health awareness and advocacy will serve as a beacon for helping TMHAA move in unified direction forward.

    PRISCILLA TALLMAN

    DIRECTOR OF MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAMS

    Priscilla Tallman is a Mental Performance Coach and Consultant to collegiate and professional athletes; helping them navigate and overcome performance blocks. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. Priscilla’s past experiences through leadership, mentorship, and program development are just some of the talents she brings to The Mental Health Alliance of America. The strength of our board lies within the team and she’s a naturally born captain.
