MENTAL HEALTH DIRECTOR

Working primarily in the military realm of Social Work and Psychology, Ben brings over 12 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field. Ben will be extremely important in the trauma, domestic violence, and prevention programming initiatives along the West Coast. He will serve as a safe space liaison for The LEAP Initiative.

With years of experience in staging, lighting, and visual design, we couldn’t be more thrilled to have Scott on board. As a naturally talented and punctual visual storyteller and experienced videography professional, Scott is beyond instrumental in our CAVA Digital Media arm and our leader in video media development. We will interact with our audience with documentaries, short stories, and quick reels that are all designed to engage and captivate intended audiences.

CONTENT & YOUTUBE DEVELOPMENT

As a natural enthusiast for storytelling, design, and concept development, Jacob joins our team working alongside our CAVA digital media arm. With a focus on social media strategies, formulating content, and building partnerships, he will help us grow our monetization verticals. Jacob will also drive our efforts to educate people on the power of real estate development and simplify financial literacy.
